嗨大家~野生的燈泡小編出沒囉~~~
大家國慶日連假過的好嗎~~~(我在周末掉進水溝裡...超級衰...
Anyway，今天要給每一個喜歡自己動手烘焙的粉絲們介紹一個超~~~級棒的專頁歐!!

這次拜訪的Julie小姐是一位加拿大人歐~~
在閒暇之餘做自己喜歡的食物給自己的家人~
燈泡之所以想要介紹這個給大家的原因在於說
裡面的食譜真的是非常的清晰而且容易!!!除了成品之外還會附上一些過程的圖像
而且內容充滿了Julie小姐自己的創意!!!除了大家會喜歡的蛋糕、水果派之外
也有一些我們比較少見的食物像是烤雞、燉肉等等讓人垂涎三尺的食物!!
還有一點很特別的是，Julie小姐會在專頁上詢問大家食材的建議並列入參考=w=
搞不好你的建議就會被實際做出來歐XDDDDD
以下是小編我跟Julie小姐的訪談內容歐~(有點懶得翻譯所以大家可以多用Google大神ㄏㄏ
燈泡:How many years you start baking?
In your recipes there's a lot creative idea in them.
Have you ever learned them?
Judie:I've been baking since I was about 10 years old.
My mother was very good at baking.
She was known for her delicious Apple Pies.
I find baking very relaxing and so rewarding.
燈泡:Cool! Actually, in Taiwan we do not encourage children doing anything that doesn't benefit to our homework ha ha~
So I just start baking after being a fresh man.
Why do you want to share them to everyone?
Does baking become your job or you do it in your free time?
Judie:People in Taiwan are very dedicated to their studies - it's a good thing.
It is just a hobby for me - my family get togethers I am always asked to bring the dessert.
I had originally started my Julie's Cooking to become a business and had advertising as well and 2 blogs but didn't make any money. Too bad.
I may one day write a cook book and sell it on Amazon.
燈泡:You can do it so well!
Your recipes are not so difficult for most people!
When do you plan to publish your book?
Judie:That will be a while I expect.
燈泡:I very look forward to your book?
